Absolutely wonderful company. They all went above and beyond to get my AC fixed the right way! We tried other local companies but they all just showed up claimed they fixed it charged me what felt like a small fortune for absolutely nothing! Thank you Aloha for being a honest helpful company! I highly recommend!
I had problems after problems with my ac unit and I called these guys up they sent out mr Lloyd the technician and he was able to spot the problem and fix it almost immediately he is the nicest and the most helpful technician that has helped me l'd put 10 stars if possible
Absolutely wonderful company. Miss Patt is a pleasure to work with she got me on the schedule and got some guys out fast! The technicians Lloyd and Tom were super friendly and answered all my questions. Super pleased by the price and work. Hands down the best around Cookeville in my opinion. Don't belive me give them a call!!!
Contacted Aloha and they came out same day. Tom was wonderful to work with! The initial motor replacement ended up not working! Tom came back out right away! I didn’t anticipate immediate replacement repair to be as quick as it ended up being! Tom received the replacement on a Saturday and made the repair before noon that Saturday! Extremely pleased and satisfied!
Shane was great! Our A/c quit blowing cold and he was here to fix it the next day! Very quick response time and very informative! Our house was cooling back down by the time he was leaving! We signed up for the maintenance program and feel confident that shall we need anymore maintenance Aloha will get the job done! The price was very fair and we would highly recommend!
