I took my 2019 Chevy Equinox to Almen Enterprises on 10/29 for rear brake and rotor work. The day after the service, the dashboard started showing warnings for the parking brake, steering, and brake assist. These alerts had never appeared before the visit. At first the messages came and went. Within a few days they appeared every time the auto stop feature engaged at red lights. I brought the car back on 11/20. Almen charged almost 200 dollars to reset codes in the system. These codes were tied to the braking system, which is the same area they worked on. The car had no computer issues before the original service. I should not have been charged to correct a problem that began right after their work. The experience was disappointing. I paid for a repair and then paid again to fix an issue caused during that repair.

Let me just tell you. Road trips, are never a smooth journey. We were driving an older truck from GA to MD, stopped in Bristol for lunch and lo and behold the truck wouldn’t go above 3rd gear all of a sudden. With 7 hours to go, dogs in the truck, my mother in law in tow… I was a little panicked. Wade was who my husband spoke to first and was so kind. He helped us out and gave us peace that he could get the f350 towed the rest of the way home. He quickly set it up, and not long after Joe showed up to pick it up. Same day. These fellows were so courteous and professional, I am so grateful. Joe got the truck home later that night for us right about the same time we pulled up. Safe and sound. These are your guys. These are the good people you want to give your business to. Wade even called the next day to check in on us. Thank you guys for your candor.
