Every time I have called with questions or concerns, the phone is answered quickly and the problem resolved easily. The customer service reps are very friendly and they were willing to wave a first time late fee. The website interface is pretty user friendly as well.
Seek elsewhere if you have another garbage company in your area. The customer service department is so disrespectful. I called this morning because I was concerned that I was being double-charged (their billing statement system is horrendously confusing). Closing my account asap to get away from them. Also will be telling all of my neighbors about what happened and encouraging them to switch. Since the rate increases, it will probably be cheaper for all of us anyway.
All Waste? More like No Accountability.
I've tried--twice--to get my recycling picked up on schedule. Trash? Sure, that disappears like clockwork. But recycling? Not once in two weeks. I figured maybe I had the wrong week, so I put both out again. Still no recycling pickup.
Called All Waste yesterday. They confirmed it would be picked up that day. It wasn't. Called again this morning. Was told it would be picked up today. While I was literally putting my bins out, they left me a voicemail saying the truck had already come by at 6am. What?
Then came the hold music--15 minutes of it. No manager available. No resolution. Just a flat "we'll pick it up Monday," even after I told them that was unacceptable.
This isn't just poor service--it's a masterclass in miscommunication and indifference. If you enjoy chasing trucks, being gaslit by voicemails, and talking to customer service reps who can't escalate a basic issue, All Waste is your dream come true.
For everyone else: steer clear.
All Waste took over from Paines as our new service, and it is nowhere near as good. After emptying, the trash cans are always left open , often tipped back on the lid weakening the anti-bear mechanism. Wide open until until we get home, they fill up with insects, and when it's raining they get wet inside. I have emailed All Waste about this issue, but got no response. Not impressed.
Their residential recycling service sucks. Its bi weekly pickup and they will regularly skip my house despite having everything out there. To get them to come back out to pick it up it will be a "work order with an additional fee"... What a joke, how about actually doing your job.
