Great experience working with Appliance Repair UTSP LLC. Their weekend availability was a pleasant surprise. They were both professional and flexible in the communication of their services which helped with expectation setting. They assisted with our refrigerator repair which had cooling issue. We are grateful that it was fixable and did not a require a new appliance. Thank you for a commendable customer experience.
I highly recommend UTSP! Ivan came out to look at my dishwasher yesterday. He was professional, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. He showed up on time and was very thorough. I hope I don't have to but I would definitely use him again.
Amazing service! I called for our freezer issue (wasn’t freezing), Ivan fixed that and! We ended up with the washing machine stale and molded rubber seal replaced and the dryer fully serviced, and he vacuumed the whole laundry room 😊 haven’t seen a service like this in years! I forgot to take a picture of before but do have the after pictures. Very reasonably priced and very pleasant young man. Definitely will call him again when needed!
