While remodeling my kitchen, my contractor told us to stop by the Prosource Showroom in Hartford off Brainard Rd. We had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman named Nick Lemiex. It was clear very quickly that Nick had been in the trade for quite some time and his expertise was invaluable. The Prosource Showroom is a Disneyland of products from flooring to counters to cabinets. But what made the experience easy for us was that Mr Lemiex quickly dialed into the fact that we were newbies at this often overwhelming process and made the entire experience straightforward and took the stress off. If anyone is going through a remodel or new build, you want someone like this on your side.
Please pay attention to your order! They loaded up the wrong flooring. I ordered rug and flooring. The rug had my name on it. The flooring was the exact same color as the flooring I ordered. Installation day came only for me to see it wasn’t the right manufacturer. I had paid more to them in amount. Looking into ways to retrieve my money due to the flooring I have costing less than I ordered. Not a pleasant experience that others seem to have.
We had a great experience at ProSource in Hartford. Nick was great to work with. He answered all of our questions and worked with us from calculating how many boxes we needed until delivery. We had major renovations in our house last year, including installing engineered hardwood floors in two rooms and a hallway. The picture shows the revival walnut 7 1/2" flooring. Absolutely gorgeous. A year later, we're back for more flooring!
