I'd give a zero star if I could. I dropped off a central vac hose and carpet wand for repair. They said they would look at it and let me know about repairing it. Never heard from them. Because I have 2 hoses, I put off calling them about the one being fixed. When I did call the attitude of the person I spoke to was absolutely terrible. I was told that they would have thrown it out by now, that it was my fault for not calling earlier and that they maybe had my phone number written down wrong. While I can understand a place not wanting to hold onto stock indefinitely, the way I was treated was abysmal. Do yourself a favor and find another place for your vacuum needs. They are awful.
This was the worst experience of my life. The owner was extremely rude. Aggressively raised his voice for me stopping in to see if the work was done while he was outside smoking a cigarette. Yelled at me and stook over me weirdly trying to intimidate me.
I have no idea what set him off but I will never go back. I locked my vehicle before leaving as I was worried he may lash out. It was that bad.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! DON'T GO HERE! I have been having my vacuum cleaner serviced at All Brand Vacuum for 30 years. This past experience was unprofessional and uncalled for. The vacuum was brought in with a problem and I was told they would call us in a couple weeks. This happened but my room mate didn't understand the problem described and told the owner, Lawson Doyle, she would have me call him back. So far so good. I called back and the man answering the phone said I would have to speak with the owner and he was not available, he would call me back. Over a week later, no call back, I called again and spoke with the owner. The conversation went fine on my end, he explained the problem and his recommended solution which I agreed to; he said it would be ready in a day or two. Three days later, my room mate called to see if it was ready and was told not to call again, there were too many calls, in a rude tone and told she would now have to pay in cash due to her behavior on the phone. Over a week has gone by with no news on the vacuum being ready so I called and spoke with the owner. He said I would need to pay prior to doing any work on the vacuum because I was a terrible customer. I remained calm and professional throughout the conversation requesting what he thought was bad about our conversation. He never provided an answer. I pointed it out the review on the website about being treated badly so I am not the only person concerned with his treatment and poor customer service. He explained he has lots of wonderful customers and said, "I don't give a shit!" His voice was raised and he went on to tell me to "have a good life, I don't need your business".
