I never leave bad reviews for businesses, but I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else. If I could give All A’s 0 stars I would. The level of incompetence I have received from All A's is astounding. The receptionist/admin lady is terrible, disorganized, and in over her head. My first experience with them was I had them come a few months ago to fix various plumbing issues in our new house that were spotted during our home inspection. Some of the items I specifically asked them to do were left off the work order. To be clear, these weren’t items that could be misunderstood over the phone, or items I could have forgotten to mention. I listed these items clearly in their online service request platform when I submitted the request. So when they arrived and did only part of what I expected them to do, the plumber who came told me it would be an additional charge to come back out and look at the other items that they failed to put on the work order. Another issue was that the guest toilet on the 1st floor had shown signs of leaking so they "fixed" the leak by taking the toilet off and replacing the wax seal. Last night I came home and saw water in our basement, directly beneath the toilet that they originally “fixed”. I called their emergency number and the person I spoke with said that if they come out at night there’s an automatic emergency response charge of $200 and if the leak is coming from the tank of the toilet they’re will also be a charge. To avoid the emergency service charge, I turned off the water to the toilet and asked if they could send someone out the next day. He said yes and that the office would call me in the morning after they open at 8am to schedule someone to come out and look at it. It’s after 12pm, and I still haven’t heard from them. I called another plumber and they got back to me right away. One time my wife was home alone and our boiler went out. I called them to send someone over to look at it. My wife called me back and said that when they arrived, they smacked something in the boiler with a screwdriver to get it to work, then told her that we needed a new part that they didn’t have, and then proceeded to charge us $200 for the “service” which was a 10 minute visit and smacking our boiler with a screwdriver. I called a different plumber to repair the boiler rather than using All A’s. Another issue I asked All A’s to do was to install an expansion tank on our hot water heater as recommended by our home inspector, which they did. When the other plumber came to fix the boiler, he immediately noticed that the expansion tank All A’s installed on our hot water heater was too small for the size tank we have. We have a 75-gallon water heater and they had installed a 2-gallon expansion tank when they should have used a 4–5-gallon expansion tank. I’ll never use All A’s again. They’re just an overpriced business card looking to overcharge you to pay for their advertising and then deliver bad service.
