Today, 30 April, my family failed to set our trash bin on the curb for pick up. The driver kindly walked down our driveway to grab the bin, emptied the bin, and took the bin back down our driveway. We can't express our gratitude enough and we want to say thank you for your kind, selfless service and going above and beyond. Thank you!
Considering who Alaska Waste's primary client is in Fairbanks these guys do a great job at keeping the trash moving. The FNSB could learn a few things about management from this company. Thanks.
Our driver goes above and beyond! We leave our trash outside by the house, this morning we forgot to take it to the end of our driveway, we were planning to just take it to the dump ourselves since we forgot, but the driver took just a couple extra minutes and came up and got it, took it to the end and emptied it for us.
