A.J. LeBlanc Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical

We've been customers of LeBlanc Heating, Plumbing (etc.) since 2018, when they replaced our boiler and installed ductless mini-split systems in our home. We now have them come out every year to maintain those systems, plus we also use them for all of our plumbing needs. Speaking of plumbing needs, Zac and his associate came to our house during Thanksgiving week in 2025. The 11-year-old up-flush (also known as an "ejector") toilet in our finished basement's bathroom evidently failed, which Zac diagnosed very quickly. He was fantastic in explaining our options and finding a replacement that was in stock and would fit into the existing fittings without fuss. He then coordinated having one of their workers back at the shop pick it up and deliver it to our house, while the two of them got a jump on removing the old toilet and preparing for the new installation. Our hope was to have the bathroom operating again by Thanksgiving, but thanks to Zac's skills and support from the others at LeBlanc, the job was completed within a few hours that same afternoon. On top of that, we found the overall price to be very, VERY reasonable! In closing, here are the terms that come to mind when thinking of the service level of Zac and the others at AJ LeBlanc: reasonable rates, professional, prompt, excellent communication, courteous, effective/efficient, knowledgeable. We're glad to consider them not only a service provider, but really "our partners" in providing and servicing a couple of the core systems in our house. We're huge fans.
