Airtronics Air Conditioning & Heating

We have Airtronics give our AC a physical before the start of the hot summer. Every time they come out, service and work are top tier. On the last service, everything checked out great, but the next day the unit started making a pretty loud annoying noise, a vibration sound to be exact. I looked it over and couldn't troubleshoot what the problem was, so my wife called Airtronics to come have a look. Roger, our tech came out and found the issue straight away. I can not thank Roger and the Airtronics team enough for their prompt and excellent service A customer for life!

Unfortunately my air conditioning unit was not working as it should in August and it is 112 degrees just about everyday. I called Airtronics and they sent someone the next day to give me a price on a new replacement a/c unit and condenser coil as well as analyze why the current one was quitting. It was due to the age of the unit so we agreed on a price for a new unit and condenser coil. They went above and beyond to have the condenser coil shipped overnight and tracked it until it arrived. The a/c unit, Rheem, they had in stock. They called me right away and very professionally installed everything and it is working wonderfully. Roger was the main person doing the work and he is very professional, clean, explanatory and leaves no mess behind. Thank you for expediting what was needed and completing the job in this summer heat.
