Kyle Kellam did an excellent job and prevented our unit from condensation build-up. If I had not installed the easy trap, my unit was ready to shut down. In addition, he installed the whole-house surge protector, so my house is protected during power outages. Kyle explained everything very well and is knowledgeable in his field. I highly recommend his services.
Our heater quit working. Matt was very good! He was very thorough on explaining what the job entailed and showed pictures of the work done. Very courteous and nice. Would recommend him.
Matt Vojacsek was AWESOME. He came to our home and was incredibly thorough, he answered questions and made sure that we understood what was needed to repair our HVAC systems as well as the options we had. He was honest and reasonable, he also showed compassion for us and our newborn baby which we truly appreciated it. We will be requesting Matt in the future if possible, I would trust him to work on our him anytime.
We worked with Andrew for our service on two systems in our home today, he was great! Very thorough on the servicing, very knowledgeable and we appreciated his help. Definitely would ask for him personally, and as 10 year customers of Air Temp Solutions, we are very satisfied & glad to have such a good company to work with!
I just want to take this time to say Thank You to Air Temp (Al Mayweather, Zachary Maucher, Jason Welch and team). I just moved into my new home with my family after renovations and the HVAC units were old and one went out and the other was barely there. I called Air Temp on Sunday and by Tuesday, I had both units replaced. I could not have asked for a better team. They went over and beyond from sitting down with me and explaining about the top of the line equipment they install and what next steps would be. The technicians came the next day and installed the units. They were excellent in every way. Thank you all so much for helping me to keep my family warm and safe😊
