They only get 2 stars because they gave me a full refund, without that it would be 1 star. If you’re looking for fair prices and honest work, this is NOT the place to go. They took advantage of our HVAC ignorance. They told us our system had a leak, so he put 2.5lbs of Freon in it. Then, he convinced us to pay for a spray leak test, which concluded there were no leaks. The technician offered another leak test for $400, which would have made our bill $980 for NO FIX, just a diagnostic on where the leak was. Thankfully we declined the 2nd leak test. We paid $580 and the AC went out again 2 days later. We paid $580 for a test that didn’t give answers and 2.5lbs of Freon that leaked out within 2 days. I explained my frustrations to the company, and they offered to come do the $400 leak test free of charge, but then we would ‘discuss a long-term solution’. So still, $580 later and no fix. Thankfully, they did offer me a full refund. I had another HVAC guy (different company) come out the next day, and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour, while only charging us $600. Long story short, they will rip you off and they have no interest in solving your problems. They just want to drag them out to make more money off you. I would not recommend this company for HVAC repairs.

These guys are top notch. Called in because I was having issues with my fan on my cental heat/air unit. Had someone out the very next day. Gave me a reasonable window of when the tech would arrive, they even called and asked if they could come earlier, which was awesome. Cullen was my tech and he did not disappoint. He had my issue diagnosed and resolved in no-time. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is having any heating/cooling issues. And if you're a bengals fan ask for Cullen, you can talk a little football once he's done working. Thanks again!!
