In April 2022, Chris Staten, Owner at Cadco Heating and Cooling, hired my company to consult on a project of theirs in Waynesville, NC. We responded promptly, driving 3 hrs in each direction from our office and making the trip on 3 separate days. Our contribution to the Brookmont lofts project allowed Cadco to collect their final payments and to meet the Energy Star Program's final standards concerning the installation of the HVAC and ductwork. After more than a year of our invoices going unpaid, Chris finally responded to my texts/emails and told me directly that he would not pay our invoice because he 'didn't get what he was supposed to' from the job. Without my company's work, Cadco would not have been able to even collect their final payments for meeting their energy performance requirements at the Brookmont Lofts project. I cannot describe accurately my feelings of disappointment having been lied to and used to assist this company. I've held on to this for 3 years now - not healthy, I know - but I just cannot shake how someone can so maliciously disregard another person with such arrogance. Approach this company at your own peril.

woke up to a AC not working and my house already at 80 degrees. called 5 other companies and they were booked out for weeks. With a baby and my wife 9 mos pregnant, we needed somebody to help ASAP. We called Cadco and Kelly the receptionist went above and beyond to help us and fit us in. Jacob and another man came over within a few hours and took care of the problem with no issues, fast and very nice. will def use them again! thanks for saving us on this sweltering day!

My family owns a building in downtown Ashland. Due to no response from our usual HVAC company on an emergency call (it was a weekend), we gave Cadco a call. We had three issues needing addressed and all three issues were were solved as fast in an expedient manner. Every person we worked with had incredible customer service skills. They honestly laid out the conditions and options for moving forward. They proactively took steps along the way that made the next step easier, whether it was for them, or for items we needed to do. I highly recommend them.
