The plumber just left my home after replacing two shutoff valves in our guest bathroom. It took him about 15 minutes to do the repair and I was charged $325 dollars. I know it’s expensive to run a business, however, this is unbelievably high for the effort. The young man that did the work was courteous and knowledgeable. I am disappointed in this business and will not use them again.
Made me wait a week for the work. Never called or showed up to my home for a scheduled service. How in the world you treat folks like this. My wife took off work to meet this company. Cost me money I had to call these people up and follow up!
I've been using this company for over two years now, and they came highly recommended by my local gas company. Their service has always been reliable, professional, and efficient. Furthermore, I've recommended them to my work colleagues, friends, and all my loved ones. It's rare to find a team you can trust completely, and these guys have truly earned that trust. My husband and I are extremely happy with our plumbing service with Affordable Plumbing. Our plumbing system was filled with roots, and red clay. Affordable Plumbing took their time and even bought Backup.(Lol) They spoke with The city of North Augusta and jointly figured out the issue from the road. It was a easy process for the beginning. Look at this beauty. It is a Navien—a Korean-made product that has excellent reviews. Brandon recommended it and it does offer curb appeal in my opinion. He and his team of two other professionals removed my electric, attic-placed, electric, tanked unit brought it to my garage for me to give to a friend—however, they will also haul it off if i needed that service. Service: they all were professional and eager to please the customer and I like that! When you offer a service, shine at your service. They did shine. I already told them they are my plumbers! A reward for their good service. They even painted my propane pipe! It was a lovely rust color…now a nice shiny gray! :)
