I’ve been using Neighborhood Plumber for years, and Jordan has always been incredible. Anytime he has an opening the same day, he makes the effort to come out, take a look, and try to fix the problem. Recently we had no hot water, and Jordan came out that same day to check our water heater. We waited a few hours to see if it would heat up, but it still wasn’t working. Without hesitation, he came back out later that night to check one more thing. He fixed it around 9:30 that evening, and we had hot water within the hour! That level of dedication and service is hard to find. Jordan truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Jordan came to the rescue and finished a big project for me that included replacing all drain lines in the house and installing all bathroom fixtures, faucets, and lines to include the kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. In the kitchen, he reconnected my Aquasana for me after the replacement was complete. This was my last major project of the renovation, and he made it easy. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Jordan’s work to anyone looking for someone trust worthy and detail oriented. He’ll laugh, but his caulking lines are impeccable. The little things do matter, and I appreciate that immensely… so does this little old house. I was happy to pay the inspection and estimate fee which was added into the total job price. He spent good time inspecting the job and giving me a real run through of what needed to be done. He should be paid for spending his time with any customer. His work is WORTH it!
