Should not have his name attached to Belgard in any form .Did NOT complete work. Pavers are not repaired,stairs falling apart& gaps in pool deck Unskilled $17 /hour employees did "repair". Told sod 500 sq feet per pallet, verified with Carolina Fresh only 400, yet charged for installation of 4000 sq feet , left half pallet in drive in way of vehicles. Overall dis honest. Will share when any opportunity arises. Left our property in a mess. In October post hurricane told lights would be repaired. Excuse of sprinklers not repaired, now short x2 sprinklers .Left large granite rock under Japanese Maple, instead of the river rock paid for.Will say anything to get a deposit then conveniently does NOT remember ( customers do). With storm damage claim, basically nothing short of insurance fraud---work not done as submitted.NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!! Stay mowing yards and leave the bigger jobs to those than can!!!!This review was requested in April when only half the work attempted , homeowner took vacation days to be present for the sod & Corey 's punch list. Not returning til July to lay our sod--buying-time to claim brick wall inspected moved(did not and has not likely won't) as excuse for not repairing storm damage pavers fir which he accepted the job and took deposit. Also one call while he driving since not on site as expected resulted in customer being blamed for his vehicle mishap--just ownership of nothing!!!!
