ADVANCED CELL PHONE REPAIR & TABLETS TOO

Over the past year I have struggled with and eventually given up on ever getting my phone fixed due to damage caused by the owner. I brought my OnePlus phone into get the screen repaired, I checked multiple places before bringing it in and he was sure that they could repair it. Once I brought it in, he had the glass and was able to replace it. I found later that day that the NFC was not working, and brought it back in to have them check what happened to the NFC. They determined that while opening the phone, he damaged the NFC with the tool along the edge of the phone. He accepted that he damaged it and said that he would repair it, he then ordered parts multiple times each time having me come in and trying to fix the issue, but they were not the right part. I tried to find a part myself and when the part was 'to expensive' Scott said that he would keep looking, but I never heard back. I continued to call and check, but no response. It has been over a year and I gave up and have accepted that I am going to need to get a new phone soon due to the lack of NFC that I use for personal payments and work functions. I would not recommend taking your devices here, as he may be able to fix them, or could cause more damage than originally there.
