I had a question about my unit and called Advanced Air Home Services. (Roberto serviced it in the spring) He answered the call immediately (no call back), asked me a few questions and averted my concerns without a service call! He's very honest and professional! All about high quality service and his stellar reputation. I highly recommend.
From the first visit yesterday to installation today, each person we dealt with was very polite and respectful. We would recommend Advanced Air. And, we have a very efficient system now.
Today was installation day. Roy and Hunter came out and got right to work. Removal.of the old ac, install of new and reprogrammed my Google thermostat. Cleanup was very thorough and the workmanship was fantastic. They were both also very friendly and professional. Thanks for the great job guys.
