All the personal at the Advance Auto Parts store on highway 31 Athens Alabama. Have all been very helpful in my dealing with them.
Normally a pretty decent experience. More often than not though, they don’t open on time. Like this morning, the door says they open at 7:30 and it’s 7:50 now and still not open. It wasn’t like this before. They were Johnny on the spot.
It was busy, but I had an online order that was ready. I grabbed a couple other things and was checked out quickly. Thank you
Was stranded with a battery issue. Daniel and Lance were super helpful, provided tools (free of charge), the right part, kindness and courtesy to include offering a sink with gojo to wash up after I finished with the repair. They offered to come and help, but I knew what needed to be done and just needed the tools. Excellent service, 10 out of 10 would recommend. 👍🏽
