Surge Tech Computer Repair

I have now gone to Surge Tech four times and I have been more than appreciative of the service that I received. The owner is talented and very friendly professional and has done a great job on everything. He printed my business cards for 2 businesses that look great. He fixed the problems with my computer issues and the camera system for one of the business. He prints banners, signs, shirts as well as about anything else you need. My PC did not want to power on so I decided id take it to Surge Tech to get it repaired. He explained to me the problem and that I needed a new part. He installed the new part, and assembled my PC all back together. My Pc is now running good like it used to and powering on, thanks to Sergio. Surge Tech does great work and even greater customer service. 👍🏽

Hands-down, the best experience I’ve had in a long time when it comes to computer repair. Found them online saw the reviews and aside to give them a try as my dell laptop decided it didn’t wanna turn on anymore. The owner was super friendly and knowledgeable and was able to run diagnostics at no charge to find out the issue. Was not expecting same-day service, but my laptop was fixed in a matter of hours and he was very transparent with everything from start to finish, including images of the issues. Sergio helped me at one of the most crucial times when my personal laptop went down while on an orientation call for my first day of work before my work laptop was shipped to me. I called around and he was the most responsive and professional. I took my laptop to him and he was a man of his word. He diagnosed it, fixed what he could in the timeframe he told me, and charged a fair price. Still not completely out of the woods, but he will be my go to.
