The Plus Inc. team has been PHENOMENAL! We are starting a new business, and they have been so patient, kind and knowledgeable. They have helped guide us through everything from IT, to phones, to our copier system. They are also incredibly responsive. Any time I email the service desk an IT question, I hear back within minutes. I cannot recommend them enough!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with PLUS Incorporated and Joe Whelchel. Our company has worked with another copier provider here in Charleston since the 1980s, but recently, some things in our proposal didn’t sit quite right. We decided to reach out and get a little more education about our current contract and see what other options might be out there. That’s when we connected with Joe. Even though he’s based up in Greenville, he took the time to walk us through everything, help us understand the industry side of things, and give us some honest insight into what we could do better. In the end, PLUS couldn’t service our equipment because of the distance, but Joe still went above and beyond. Thanks to his advice, we were able to renegotiate our contract and get a much better handle on our situation. If you’re in their service area, I’d absolutely recommend reaching out to PLUS Incorporated. Joe is knowledgeable, genuine, and truly puts the customer first.
