Our washer wasn't draining today & called for appt. They were able to come out same day and Vlad was professional,fixed the problem within an hour and clean up better than before he arrived. He also gave us some pointers on keeping it running for as long as possible. A++++
I called this morning because my dishwasher wasn't working properly and made an appointment for tomorrow afternoon. However, earlier this afternoon, a tech called and said he could actually fit me in today. Vlad is extremely knowledgeable and addressed our problem quickly at a reasonable price. I had an amazing experience with Ace Tech! Vlad was incredible—kind, courteous, and very professional. He arrived early, explained everything clearly, gave me an accurate estimate of how long the repair would take, and kept everything neat and tidy while he worked.
