Mark Sheldon, Dave and their team were great. Once the work finally began, Mark kept in communication with me the whole time. Mark didn't mind my late evening, early morning texts. Mark went over and beyond and I appreciate that so much. Dave and his team made my home look as if the damage didn't happen. I appreciate all of their hard work. I would highly recommend AccuWorks!
We had a water leak in the crawl space of our home which turned into a nightmare. It was amazing how much damage was caused by the leak. The hardwood flooring in some rooms had to be removed and a ton of drywall had to be replaced. We felt like getting this situation rectified would be an even bigger nightmare! Thank goodness for AccuWorks restoration! They showed up immediately after placing a call to them and quickly got the situation under control. Mark our AccuWorks project manager and Jerome assured us that they could get things back to normal without us having to worry about anything. They did exactly that, we didn’t have to worry about a thing! They took charge of the situation and assured us they could get the restoration done in a timely fashion and they delivered on their promise. The whole process was executed with military precision and we were kept informed every step of the way. AccuWorks treated our home as though it was their home! If I saw an issue I just let them know and it was immediately taken care of. I felt like these guys really cared about us and did everything they could to make the restoration hassle free. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and compassionate are just a few words to describe our experience with AccuWorks! I would and do highly recommend AccuWorks! Great job guys and Than You! Ken was great! So polite, and very respectful! Explained every step he took in order to get my kitchen ready for remodeling after a huge water leak in the walls. I work from home as well as away from the home, so when coming and going I felt at ease knowing he was taking care of everything.
AccuWorks was a fantastic company to work with for our floor replacement and drywall from water damage. They were very professional, timely, and finished product better than we thought. Special shout out to my man Gage (not from Pet Cemetery) and Mark! Appreciate the great, hard work!
