DryMedic was excellent! Scott, Jenny, Terry, and Blake were wonderful to deal with. Their teams (Joe, Napo, Salomon, Jimmy, and the First Team packers) were all quick, responsive, respectful, and great at what they do. Special shout out to the flooring & paint crew, who went way above and beyond to make my home look great. The repairs were handled fast and done perfectly. I highly recommend them. Calling a water mitigation service is a lot like calling 911—it usually means something has gone seriously wrong, and it's never a fun experience. We recently had with a water leak that started on the second floor of our home and made its way down to the first floor. I spoke with Scott who is he owner over the phone to talk through a complex scenario to identify possible options of a possible water issue and determine the best course of action. I was not pressured to do anything and although I was stressed about the situation, Scott and his expert knowledge helped me work through best course of action and did not try to "sell me" anything that I did not need. I appreciate his time and his knowledge and look forward to partnering with when needed to resolve any issues. They ended up coming out to property and Blake took great care of us. My water heater gave up. Dry-Medic immediately came out to clean up the water damage in my master bedroom. Blake and Scott are excellent to work with. You don’t find customer service like this anymore. What an amazing team!!!! I highly recommend Dry-Medic for all your homes needs. They work exceptionally well with insurance companies and take care of their customers. Thank you so much for helping me.

My experience with DryMedic was fantastic. They were very responsive and got me set up with an appointment for an estimate quickly. Scott's walkthrough was thorough and he provided easy to understand answers to my questions and spent the time necessary to put my at ease with what to expect from a remediation process. As a renter, the next steps were in the hands of the property manager, and I chose to move out before any decisions were made about remediation. But if it had been my decision to make, I would have felt confident about hiring DryMedic.
