I spoke with Scott who is he owner over the phone to talk through a complex scenario to identify possible options of a possible water issue and determine the best course of action. I was not pressured to do anything and although I was stressed about the situation, Scott and his expert knowledge helped me work through best course of action and did not try to "sell me" anything that I did not need. I appreciate his time and his knowledge and look forward to partnering with when needed to resolve any issues. They ended up coming out to property and Blake took great care of us.
