Incredible experience from start to finish. From the booking process to the day of the clean, I felt confident my home was in great hands and that I was going to receive the best possible service. Kila and Amia were incredible to work with. They arrived on time and communicated with me throughout the entire process. Both were extremely detail-oriented, and everything was handled flawlessly, I had no notes or concerns once they finished. I would absolutely love to continue booking them moving forward.

We just bought a house and hired this company to do a full cleaning. I told them I wanted the house spotless and was told it would be 1500 with shampooing the carpets. I asked if they gave a military discount and that brought the cost to 1398. I was told by Jade that it would take 4 cleaners around 20 hours. The house was still empty when they came to clean because we wanted it to be easier on them. I came to the house after they came to clean it expecting a beautifully clean house. That wasn’t the case. The showers were still dirty with crud that you could wipe off with your finger. Multiple other areas were not wiped down. I called and told them and sent videos of the areas. They apologized and said they would send out the crew to fix it the following day. After the second cleaning I went back to the same areas I videoed to check if they cleaned them. The showers were still not fully cleaned and the crud in the door I wiped with my finger was still there. I was offered a third cleaning but instead asked for 50% off. They offered 500 off. Why is it so difficult to find people to take pride in what they do.
