ACCURATE HEATING &Air Conditioning HVACR

On October 7, after more than a 2 hour delay, Mohammed arrived at my home to take a look at my HVAC to determine why the unit would turn on, but not cool the house. He concluded that my freon was low and that I also needed to clean out my condensate pump. He checked my levels and ran no other tests on my unit. He told me to contact him in the spring. On March 16th, I contacted him for Freon. On April 3rd, after almost missing the appointment, he checked for leaks and put freon into the system, which had been working properly for about a week. After he put the freon in, the unit stopped working, and he reminded me to clean my condensate pump. He also offered to sell me a new pump at around $500. They are $49 on Amazon. That same weekend, my uncle came over, and we cleaned the pump and the drain line and tested in several times. There was nothing wrong with the pump. After watching several YouTube videos and texting back and forth with him, I asked him if he checked all of the things that could cause the unit to run hot air, such as a problem with the power source or how the units communicate with one another. When he returned on April 29th, he finally opened the panel to the condenser he discovered that there was a problem with the electricity, and he repaired it. The AC unit began working, but it flooded my entire basement due to a crack in the condensate drip pan. He told me that that was a ductwork issue, and I admonished him that he needed to always check for everything that could be a problem. Of course, he changed me for each visit, and I paid promptly. I do not know why Mohammed chose not to do a comprehensive check. Today, May 17th, I had workers come out to replace the condensate drip pan, which I diagnosed as the problem. The first thing they informed me is that I had too much freon and they showed me that were items on my condenser that were old and that any professional would replace them as soon as the opened the panel. I want a full refund from this company and I wanted to take the time to change my review and prepare a statement of the facts in case I am not successful in being refunded for all of the monies I paid to this company when the work was negligent and outside of what is apparently the standards in the field. Each YouTube video showed the same steps for checking why an AC unit could be blowing hot air or not working. I am really very frustrated because after Mohammed realized that Iwas right about their being a problem with the power, and with the condensate drain, he did not offer to refund me, not one red cent. Maybe he will after seeing this review, but if not, I am prepared to do what it takes to recover the cost of having my unit properly repaired. He did apologize and acknowledge that he should have checked everything, but he did not acknowledge that his lack of professionalism cost me money that I can not afford to waste, especially in these hard times of government lay-offs.
