Logan, Matthew and Ryan did an excellent job cleaning and inspecting our fireplace today! They were polite and professional. They were also very knowledgeable with tips on how to prolong the life our fireplace. I highly recommend Accurate!
Very happy with our fireplace Level 2 inspection and cleaning. Looking forward to some extra warmth knowing we're safe to use the chimney. Logan and Ryan were very professional and explained what they were doing as they went along. They were also flexible with us, working with us to avoid vacuuming while one of us was on a virtual meeting nearby. Definitely will be calling them back out when it's time for the next inspection.
Accurate Chimney and Fireplace exceeded my expectations!!! They include a 10-year/transferable warranty. I had a somewhat urgent carbon monoxide issue with my gas water heater. They came and took care of it the same afternoon of my call. This is an owner-operator company. I spoke directly to the owner and went over the quotes with him. Professional, reliable, and they do great work. We have had consistent water intrusion through our chimney, and worked with a company previously who patched the area multiple times. The problem kept coming back; it was extremely frustrating. Accurate Chimney diagnosed the root issue and actually redesigned the top of the chimney to resolve the issue. And they explained each step to me. Pricing was very transparent and part of a conversation, not just a bill at the end. Highly recommend.
