Dan G. New Albany As I sat down to write this review, I had great thought on how I was to describe Deible's Hardwood Flooring. I can describe this company in many different aspects. First: Mike Custer is the owner of this family-owned business. He diligently took the time to bring out numerous samples of wood flooring describing each one in detail. He answered all questions and assisted me in obtaining the product I wanted. At the end of the project, both of us did a thorough walk-true foot by foot to ensure everything met both his and my expectations. Second: Tyler was the foreman. He spearheaded the workmanship and was over numerous times ensuring all workmanship was up to perfect standards. I don’t know what to say other than, “Good job Tyler.” Third: John and Caleb. They were responsible for the construction. They took their time for the installation of the wood flooring. It was hard and detailed. The wood flooring was perfect. They were an immense enjoyment to work with. At the end of each day of work, the inside of the house, garage and driveway were thoroughly cleaned. Fourth: Leslie and Loretta. They were the office staffing and the 'boss’. Nothing slid by them. Their responsibilities were to order all the materials, bookkeeping and constantly communicated with me the dates, when things were to be done, etc. Deible's Flooring could not function without them. Price: The cost for all workmanship was very fair. The old adage is, “You get what you pay for.” I was comfortable with the pricing. All materials and costs were written and explained in detail. I would recommend Deible's flooring to anyone. They took immense pride to deliver workmanship far beyond their competitors and my expectations.
