Bought a house in September of 2023. During the winter of 2024 I noticed a very unusual noise from the unit during the defrost cycle. August of 2025 Andy was dispatched to trouble shoot the issue. At first it was thought to be the reversing valve. Andy dug a little deeper and found the refrigerant a tad low. They could have upcharged me the couple thousand dollars to do the reversing valve but instead sold me on topping off the refrigerant for a few hundred. We ran the unit thru this last winter without the unusual noise. I am very pleased with Access. Honest and ethical customer service. Five stars all the way.
