Updated my suspension with the new Rough Country 7 inch M1 struts and upper control arms. Very helpful and they recommended me which struts I should get. They told me the parts fit perfect and aligned well with the 6 inch lift kit I had already. I appreciate and thank you for everything.

My bike broke down right in front of their shop, I didnt even have to ask and someone was already outside to help me. So Awesome that these guys have such an ambition just to help people. Never been here for any service but this situation says a lot. Thanks mason!!

I'm about 1.5 hours away from this tire store but couldn't find what I wanted at local shops where I live. I called Ralph on Monday and discussed what I wanted for my new truck and he advised me on which offset wheels would give me the look I was after. He also helped me with getting the exact tires I wanted and the biggest ones that would work without rubbing or trimming. The best news of all was that he could do the install 2 days later on Wednesday. I made the drive to Tyler and the install was perfect. The truck still rides like new, having only 800 miles on it I was concerned about the ride quality. His partner Zach stepped in to help and he's just as helpful & knowledgeable as Ralph and everything turned out great. Customer service is a dying art at many companies, refreshing to see these guys still believe in it. Thanks Ralph & Zach for your help!

I traveled from Elkhart to look for new wheels for my Palisade. Zachary Hosch and Ralph Gonzalez were great took a lot of time to help me find a wheel that I would be happy with. I’m very happy with the new wheels and would recommend them highly.
