Above Roofing recently installed a new roof on my house. They showed up early in the morning (a little after 7:00 a.m.), they laid out tarps covering the area directly around the house, to catch any debris that fell. About mid-morning they informed me that the roof would need to be re-sheathed due to the material that was previously used. This did cost more but they did not add any labor charge with installing the new roof, and it provided me with a solid roof. This is something that the people who put on the previous roof did not do, and which should have been done. They did not finish the first day, as they had thought they would, but they did have people working until 9:00 p.m. that night. That is dedication. They were back early the next morning to finish the job, finishing around 5:30 p.m. Again dedication to doing the job correctly and professionally. They were in regular contact with me about the progress of the job. When they left, the area around the house was clear of debris and the roof looks fantastic. I have no doubt that this roof will last for many years to come and provide a leak proof barrier, which could not have been said of the previous roof. They took plenty of pictures and gave me access to them. I would highly recommend Above Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
