We had several companies look at our deck replacement, and settled on Montell. What a solid choice. The craftsmanship is simply superb, and the service was exceptional. Starting with a detailed quote (not all will do if you’ve gone thru this process), personal updates before the start of the project, quality checks during the construction, and a final check with us to be sure it was up to standard and we were happy with the result. Props to the team that did our project (Savannah, Logan, Andre, and D’Wayne). They were detailed, task focused, and their quality of work showed. We had our windows and doors replaced this past Summer. Jarred and Jeff did a great job. The quality of their work was excellent and we were very happy with the project, so much so that we just had Montell replace our deck. Savannah, Kevin, Parker and Joe were great to work with. They worked through terrible weather and did an amazing job. Once again Montell came through with high quality work. I highly recommend them.

Montell Construction replaced the aged, wood decking, 9 ft wide steps and skirting on our 40ft covered front porch during recent February "thaw" days. Thanks to the workmanship of Savannah, Logan, Parker, and Javier, the "new" porch looks great, with sturdy double - board framed edges and a center double -board seam leading to the front door. The team was professional, punctual, and left the area completely clean. We took delivery on a promotional snowblower in the fall...and it sure got plenty of use. All around great experience!

Best Crew Ever!
Once the project was started we found the team was punctual, professional, friendly, and hard working.
Daniel, as a team leader, was open for design changes based on his carpentry expertise. He answered our questions and concerns with respect. Willing to change. We observed Daniel dealing with unexpected issues on the job with a calm manner that was helpful for his crew.
Cole and Logan came ready to work each day. We found the crew seemed to enjoy their work and worked well together.
Everyone was respectful of our surrounding property. The daily pick up of scraps and tools were stored safely for the night.
