Install was able to be tackled quickly and for a good cost. Chris was super professional kept quiet as I work from home and handled things well. It was a long process, but that was due to conversion from tank heater to tankless. Looks beautiful!
Arch Plumbing has been awesome! Called to get a quote on replacing my older water heater before I ran into issues and they got back to me right away. Also was quoted for a water softening system. Price was great so we pulled the trigger! Chris came and installed everything and did an awesome job! Will definitely use Arch Plumbing again in the future.
I’d had multiple quotes for a new water heater from other businesses that were much higher and then they wouldn’t call me back to schedule. Arch was more affordable and they got me scheduled within two days. The old water heater was promptly picked up and removed after the replacement, as well. So glad to have it done.
I had a great experience with this plumber when they came to install my new water heater. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They took the time to explain what was going on with my old unit and walked me through the installation process so I understood everything clearly. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and specific needs, which I truly appreciated. They made sure everything was functioning properly before leaving and answered all of my questions without hesitation. It’s clear they take pride in their work. This is the second time we have used Arch Plumbing. The first time was for a water heater replacement. They did an excellent job. This time we called for a leak under the sink. Tony, the plumber, discovered that the garbage disposal was rusted out and needed to be replaced. He successfully removed the old one and installed a new garbage disposal. We were impressed that he had every thing he needed in his truck. When we asked him if we needed a water softener, he tested our water and determined that a water softener was not necessary. We found Tony to be an excellent listener and a super plumber We commend Arch Plumbing for employing plumbers like Tony who have integrity and take pride in their work. It's very reassuring that we have a plumber we can count on and trust. We highly recommend Arch Plumbing for any plumbing issues you may have.
