I am so grateful for the kindness, expertise and extraordinary customer service I received from AAA Car Care on Pisgah Church Road. I took my car in for assessment of an unexpected battery/electrical issue and was provided with thorough information about the issue, clear guidance on next steps and expertise on how to navigate my warranty for coverage of a larger repair at the car dealership. Philip and Grace went above and beyond any help I expected!! I am so glad this car care center is in my neighborhood and that I can easily trust their information and guidance. Thank you so much!!

Top notch customer service, quality work and a fair price as well. Came in for an alternator replacement for my Honda Civic and Tom O. was knowledgeable, efficient, and constantly kept me up to date. The team also saved me from potentially irreparable damage by replacing a pulley that had worn out. Highly recommend them for any relevant services or repairs.

The management team, Phil and Grace, are absolute pros—they are clearly the best at what they do and make every visit seamless. ​What really sets them apart is the level of expertise; they have a Technician who has been ASE L1 Master Certified for over 20 years, so you know your vehicle is in the most capable hands possible. It’s hard to find a shop that offers such honest repairs alongside great prices and a solid warranty. If you want peace of mind and elite technical skill, this is the place to go!

I had an awesome experience at AAA Car Care on Pisgah Church Road in Greensboro! Grace was amazing, she helped me take care of everything I needed for my Buick Enclave, including an oil change, brakes, tires, alignment, and all the routine maintenance. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Grace also helped me sign up for a AAA membership for myself and my family, and even gave me a discount on it! That alone will save us a ton on towing, hotel stays, and other great discounts.
