Bought a car from here and they have excellent customer service, and got me exactly what I was looking for with an outstanding price! It was a 2019 mustang gt, which runs amazing, and looks incredible! 100% recommend doing business with them if you have your eyes on something you like.
Very poor communication! Drove nearly 2 hours just to get there when I told them my plans was to trade my vehicle for one of there’s, my 2003 Honda Civic with just 102k on it for a 2004 Chevy trailblazer with 116k, Yet we’re told probably just be better off selling it outright! Oh really?! I needed to drive 2 hours on a Saturday with my family to be told that? Owner gave my car tons of compliments and noted how nice it was but wanted it for nothing at the end of the day, saying it needed repainted! Yet his trailblazer has bad rust issues! Wasted my time, energy, effort and money, told me just go sell else where or privately and come back & buy his vehicle, really bad business practices here y'all, buyer customer beware! Never again! Got quickly reminded why I don’t deal with car dealers anymore! An y’all tell me… does my car need repainted lol?
⭐️ 1-Star Review – My Experience at Bessemer Tire on Bessemer Avenue I took my car to Bessemer Tire on Bessemer Avenue yesterday because it was overheating. I explained the issue when I dropped it off. A couple of hours later, they called me and told me the problem was my thermostat. They replaced it, charged me $263, and sent me on my way. That same night, my car overheated again. I brought it back the very next morning and explained what happened. They told me to leave the key and that they’d look at it. A couple of hours later, they called to say that after running a diagnostic, they found a leak in my water pump, which would need to be fixed somewhere else because they don’t do that type of repair—and that it would involve the timing, too. Not only did they misdiagnose my car the first time, they never refunded my money, even though the thermostat clearly wasn’t the issue. I paid for a repair I didn’t need, and my car is still overheating. When I picked up my key, I even got a smart remark: “Have a happy Thanksgiving.” How am I supposed to be happy when I’m leaving with the same problem I came in with—and $263 gone? I’m sharing my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation. In my opinion, this was unprofessional, careless service, and I would not recommend anyone take their car there.
Just recently got my 2021 Kia Telluride from here! Fast service and high quality vehicles! I was very impressed throughout the process. Mohamed was very helpful and Erin (Aaron) was too! I love my new truck!
