Appreciate these folks! A-1 Appliance took the time to figure out a retrofit kit for Speed Queen dryers with the no longer available Kingston type timers. Their kit took me about an hour to install and saved me from having to replace my dryer. Many thanks to Mrs. Martha in the parts department who answered my questions about the kit. They send out a lazy repair person named Howard who doesnt want to do his job. Then tells you to buy a new appliance and charge 120 service charge but provided no service I was never quoted a price. Howard your lazy repairman open the lid on my washer and said it was going to be 500 dollars with parts and labor to repair. My washer was repaired two days later by another company for 140 dollars. Washing running fine with no problems. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH THE SERVICE FEE CRAP WHEN YOU OR YOUR LAZY TECHNICIAN HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF REPAIRING ANYTHING

Perry helped us over the phone with a problem with our dishwasher. He was very patient and talked us through the steps to re-set it in a matter of minutes. He stayed on with us until we could get it to start. We have used these folks for years and they are always helpful and do great work.

My experience was not good. Paid $116+ for lack of effort. Although the service men believed there was no model# under the lid where Whirlpool is believed to place all model#s, neither guy would check the backside to be absolutely positive my washer had no model#. Even the initial contact person at A1 said the model# may be on the backside. They took my $116+ and left. Honestly writing Dr. TT
