Outstanding experience with the owner, Adam. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and honest, with clear pricing and no high pressure sales tactics. It was a quick and easy process to purchase a Miele dishwasher here. The dishwasher arrived earlier than expected, and he personally installed it with another team member the next day. They went above and beyond due to our unique set up, ensured proper functionality, and even offered to return during our kitchen remodel to move it.
