We had our air conditioning break in the middle of summer and Rocco was here that day to assess the problem. Our unit was very old and we needed a new unit. Rocco installed our new unit immediately and we have had no issues since. It has been wonderful because our house is actually colder at a higher temperature and our electric bill went down by half. We would definitely recommend Rocco and Protech to anyone.

The Ocean City team was impressive! Friendly, efficient, and really took pride in their work. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and I appreciated how clean they left the space afterward. It’s clear they care about quality and customer satisfaction. While nobody wants to call in an HVAC company to service their system, I was fortunate enough to contact ProTech for my HVAC needs. I can only say how pleased I have been with ProTech for their timely response, fair pricing, honest assessment, and quality workmanship. I have used ProTech in both my personal residence and a rental home in the past few months and I have recommended them to several others who needed work done on their HVAC units. Everyone has been thankful for my recommendation. I don’t often write reviews but when I come across a business deserving of a positive review I am pleased to do so.
