A-1 truly lived up to their name! This was my first time calling an HVAC specialist. I used Yelp to provide a list of vendors that service Emmett, read Google reviews and called A-1. The front office explained my options in a friendly and professional manner. We chose their MVP (Maintenance Value Plan) at an affordable price. A-1 used text and email to keep me informed. On appointment day, Alan called with his ETA, arrived on time, and was also friendly, knowledgeable professional. Alan even gave me the choice for him to perform his work alone or explain to me the AC system as he serviced it. He even went the extra mile and explained how I could repair a broken hose bib myself and save the expense of a plumber's visit. For those with compromised health, they offer a "no contact" visit. Although we have a disabled person in our home, we did not need it. But we sure appreciate their sensitivity and utmost professionalism.

I would like to give a shout out to A1 Heating and Air for excellent salesmanship and installation of my new furnace and AC unit. Rob was great to work with, explained everything fully with no pressure to make a quick decision. He went through all the options available and described then fully.The crew that installed the Lennox units were very professional and worked diligently to make sure things were done correctly.
