Junk123 was exceptional in handling my furniture. Ethan, Connor, and Jayden treated every piece with incredible care and respect, as if it were royal furniture. Many of the items are solid hardwood and marble-top pieces that I’ve had for many years, and they made sure everything was protected, intact, and handled properly throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and professionalism. In past moves with other companies, I experienced wall damage and careless handling, but Connor, Jayden, and Ethan did an excellent job protecting both the furniture and my home. Nothing was damaged, and their care and precision were evident in everything they did. It gave me great peace of mind knowing the furniture I’m donating was handled with such care and dignity. I had two pickups in two days. From the initial phone calls to the pickup, everyone was awesome. The crews were polite, professional and efficient. And the price was more than fair. I really can't say enough about how great this small company is! They helped me clean out my mom's apartment after she pass and were so kind and professional. The crew (Charles, Erick, Connor and Bryan) did a great job clearing our shed of old furniture, yard equipment and other junk. They were friendly, fast and very reasonable in pricing. Thank you for coming today. Now we can actually use the shed for proper storage or turn it into an outdoor bar!!
