John was extremely courteous! He inspected the house thoroughly interior and exterior to check if any bugs or mice can enter the house. He treated the house and explained what he was doing! He is one of the best technician I have met so far !!

We have been having a mouse problem for the last few weeks and have attempted to catch them ourselves but they are tricky little devils! John thoroughly inspected our whole house and gave me lots of good information on what to do in the future and on what I was doing incorrectly.. He was super nice and extremely helpful! We have been very happy with Pest Pros and the services they provide. We pay a monthly fee for regular service and inspections and call when we have anything else we need. All of the technicians have been wonderful (and the office staff).

We had a great experience with this company. Their representative, John, came by this morning and was wonderful to work with. He was polite, respectful of our home, and took the time to be extremely thorough in addressing the issue. Everything was explained clearly, and you could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job well. Highly recommend!
