Refund Policy
RepairHit uses a strict no-refund policy for subscriptions, claims, promotions, advertising, and credits, except where required by law.
Refund Policy
All payments are final
All payments made to RepairHit are final and non-refundable unless a refund is required by applicable law. This includes subscription payments, business claim fees, new listing fees, promotions, advertising purchases, message or text credits, add-ons, and other paid platform services.
No prorated or unused-time refunds
RepairHit does not provide prorated refunds, partial refunds, credits for unused time, refunds for unused placements, or refunds for unused credits. Early cancellation, low usage, no usage, or immediate termination requested by the customer does not create a right to a refund.
Limited billing corrections
If RepairHit identifies a duplicate charge, a clear processing error, or another billing issue that should be corrected, we may issue a correction in our discretion. A billing correction is not a waiver of the general no-refund rule and does not create a future refund right.
Chargebacks and abuse
If a customer disputes a valid charge through a chargeback or payment dispute, RepairHit may suspend services, remove premium access, terminate promotional visibility, and recover associated losses or unpaid balances where permitted.
