Cancellation Policy
Cancellation stops future renewal
You may cancel eligible recurring renewal before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewal billing, but does not reverse or refund the current paid term.
Current term stays in place unless ended earlier
When a paid service is cancelled, access usually remains active until the end of the current paid period unless RepairHit ends access earlier for policy violations, fraud risk, chargebacks, or related enforcement reasons.
No refund for cancellation
Cancelling a subscription, promotion, advertisement, or any other paid service does not create a refund right. RepairHit does not provide full, partial, or prorated refunds because of cancellation.
Immediate termination requests
If you ask RepairHit to terminate a paid service immediately rather than allowing it to continue through the end of the current term, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.
