Indemnity obligation

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepairHit, its affiliates, personnel, contractors, vendors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, your content, your business operations, or your violation of these policies or third-party rights.

This may include claims connected to false profile content, brand misuse, copyright or trademark infringement, unlawful reviews or replies, advertising misuse, appointment misuse, fraud, billing abuse, or other acts tied to your account or listing.

Defense and cooperation

RepairHit may assume the defense of a matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate reasonably with that defense where applicable.
