Zaki crafted the platinum mount for the engagement ring I gave to my fiancee and set the diamond and rubies I brought. I provided some picture examples and a brief description of why I wanted and 2 weeks later the ring was complete. The price was extremely fair for the quality of work provided. Zaki is a no-nonsense master of his craft. Months later the ring is still in perfect condition, and my betrothed is absolutely in love with it. She receives compliments all the time, even from other master jewelers.

Went to Zaki for a resizing of my girlfriend’s bracelet and he gave us a week, and a low price. He was very nice and confident in his work. He said his adjustment would leave a mark but it’s flawless. Wonderful guy, wonderful work.

Fantastic experience! I stopped in with a belt buckle that had broken, and they repaired it on the spot—no fuss, no upselling, and at a very reasonable price. The work was quick, clean, and solid. It’s rare to find a place that’s both skilled and genuinely helpful, but Zaki’s absolutely delivered. Highly recommend for any small repairs you need done right away.

Zaki resized my father's family ring to my size, and I'm so happy with the result. This ring has a lot of memories for me and my family, and he took the time to get a good sense of its current state and plan the resizing carefully to make sure it lasts. He also advised me on the state of the stone mounting so I can be prepared for a repair later on. When I picked it up, I was stunned by how wonderful it looks - he gave it a full polish including the intricate details of the carving. He went above-and beyond to make my family heirloom look like new; ready for another hundred years. Above-and-beyond service for a ring resizing! Before and after photos are attached. Zaki's shop is so convenient on Market Street, and he was friendly and professional for both drop-off and pickup and on the phone. I was able to just walk in without calling ahead or making an appointment.
