We purchased the Poolsafe system a few years ago after the birth of our first grandson. The cover is very strong - the grandkids and the dogs liked playing on it. We finally had the original cover replaced and Poolsafe finished it within a half day. Excellent!

Great Job! I'm very happy with the work. The technician ( Pedro) was friendly, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! He made sure that everything was working correctly and he keep the area clean.

The pool cover was installed while we were on a trip which is fine. 2 items that were discussed with the sales person were not done during the install. 1. We want a metal edge trim for the cover instead of wrap around. The installed edge was a wrap around, Talked to the sales person and it seemed to be not fixable after the install. We will accept the wrap around edge. 2. The pool has sheer descents. During the site visit for the proposal, this was discussed and sensor was supposed to be put in so the cover will open if the sheer descents are turned on or the sheer descents cannot be turned on if the cover is closed.
