Our oven was covered under the original warranty so I cannot reasonably answer questions on charges. Samsung chose this company... i had already been without a fridge 3 days when samsung decided to give me their repair company. I scheduled with them another 4 days out... got confirmation email took off work to be here.. our card was charged on the date of the appointment... hear nothing so I call... oh my appointment is next Tuesday.... 7 days from when the 1st scheduled appointment was set. I asked about the confirmation email... it says tentative.... oooook so I get an email with the date it could or couldnt be... wait another week for someone to come. Smh
