The staff member was excellent and helped me promptly. I got a screen protector the day before and it had bubbles. She replaced it in 5 minutes and did a great job!

Excellent customer service— Zagg is an excellent product and the warranty can’t be beat, but the friendly and skilled customer service at this location only further enhances the experience with the product. Well worth the visit, amplifies the quality of the product and the company. Will definitely visit again in person, online can’t compare! I visited the Zagg store in the downtown Crown area today in order to replace my Samsung 23Ultra screen cover. I was greeted promptly and asked what I needed help with. Carol and Caleb were knowledgeable and looked me up in the system, found my information. They were able to clean my phone screen and replace my shield cover all under warranty. I was instructed on not putting my case back on for 3 hours and if I saw bubbles ignore them since the shield had to mold into my phone. Great, easy, pleasant experience today. Thank you.
