Mac Business Solutions - Apple Authorized Service Provider

I've used MBS for years, and most recent encountered a frustrating network issue when switching to from a much older Intel powered Mac to a newer one using Apple's chips. MBS connected me with Cody, who did an expert job diagnosing the issue, locating the problem and finding the solution that returned access to our internal network. His guidance was much appreciated and a value MBS for providing skills like this to address problems we can all encounter.

I drive almost an hour to go to Mac Business Solutions because I trust that they will take care of the issue and be honest with the repairs needed. Recently, I brought in a laptop that was completely dead, but I need information from the hard drive. The team was great in letting me know it might not be possible, but they would try. They were able to access the hard drive and try the 20+ passwords we needed to unlock the data to transfer it. I also had an issue with another computer where the MacBook Pro screen would stop working. They replaced the screen, but when I was still having issues, they let me bring it back in multiple times and made sure the issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to drive up from VA anytime I have computer issues!
