Adrian is quick to take your money, but not so quick to follow up or stand behind their word. My PC was having issues and Adrian quoted me $200 for diagnostics, which was really high and we worked out a deal for $150, mentioning they would use the $150 towards a credit on repair. He did pick my PC up after he refused me to drop it off to him, I was in the area, maybe he's claiming insurance miles, who knows, but he did pick it up and drop it off which was convenient I guess. I had an excellent experience with AZ Computer Services. The technician came to my house and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Everything was handled very professionally, and the pricing was very affordable. What I appreciated most was how patiently everything was explained to me step by step, making sure I understood exactly what was being done and why. My computer is now working perfectly. Adrian seems like a good guy, but the way he runs his business isn’t fair. When I asked about repairing my laptop screen, he gave me a price range, but when I went in the price range went up because it was a “Pro” model. I agreed, but when the repair was finished, the price went up again. He said he was giving me a discount on labor, but really it was just the $150 diagnostic fee being “deducted” — which he had already told me would be applied toward the repair.
